Menstrual health coach, dog mum, Gemini, 2/4 Projector, extroverted introvert and SICK of women’s premenstrual syndromes being dismissed by the medical world as normal.
Having spent years battling my own premenstrual struggles (you can read my story here), I’ve made it my mission to help as many women as possible find the joy and magic that is held within their menstrual cycle.
I teach women how to take ownership of their cycles, their bodies and their emotions and to learn how to live harmoniously with the greatest gift of all - our menstrual cycles.
